Job Overview
The Field Officer will monitor aquaculture ponds, support farmers, and ensure smooth daily operations in fish/prawn farming units across West Godavari.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor pond water quality, feeding schedules, and growth rate
- Conduct field visits to aquaculture farms
- Coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and technicians
- Maintain daily activity reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Sc / B.F.Sc in Fisheries, Agriculture, Life Sciences
- Freshers can apply; field experience preferred
Required Skills
- Knowledge of aquaculture basics
- Ability to handle outdoor fieldwork
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Two-wheeler preferred
