Easy & Transparent Returns at Swarn
At Swarn, we want you to love every piece of our 1 Gram Gold Jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is unused and in original condition
The item is returned with original packaging and tags intact
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or special-order jewellery
Clearance or sale items
Products damaged due to improper care
Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
Swarn reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support team with your Order ID and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return approval process.
Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the provided return address.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the selected exchange product costs more, the price difference must be paid.
If the exchanged product costs less, the balance will be processed as store credit or refund (as applicable).
Exchange requests must follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
7. Jewellery Care Responsibility
Our 1 Gram Gold Jewellery requires proper care. Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, sweat, or improper storage is not covered under return or exchange.
